- Long term guests, for a period of one month & above, offered special package.
- Payment accepted by cash for stays of short duration.
- Credit cards accepted.
- For the period of December - January, no refund on cancellation.
- In case of stay cut short, 50% of room rent for nights booked would be charged.
- Deposit amount 50% of the total. Full refund for cancellation upto 1 week prior to date of arrival. 50% refund for cancellation if less than 1 week prior to date of arrival. No refund for failure to notify regarding cancellation or a no show.
